Problem Statement
Design a Frisbee using concrete based on the given specifications. The Frisbee should have a diameter of 12 inches and the height of the Frisbee should be 1 inch at the center. It can have wire mesh reinforcement or any other suitable material. The use of a fiber mesh is not allowed.
